Adams County Bank
Adams County Bank doesn’t use ChexSystems, making it easier to open an account with just a valid form of ID. They offer three checking options: E-Checking, Regular Checking, and Super Now Checking.
The E-Checking account has the lowest balance requirement, allowing you to avoid a monthly fee if you keep at least $500 in the account. If your balance falls below $500, you’ll be charged a $3 monthly fee and $0.30 for each debit beyond the first 30.
